数字化背景下,传统的财务管理工作大受冲击,企业亟须顺应时势,优化财务工作模式以提升整体管理水平。在尝试财务转型的过程中,企业将搭建财务共享服务中心视为第一选择,因此业财融合的智能化财务管理工作模式顺势而来。现阶段,利用财务共享中心深化业财融合是企业提高经营效益的必经之路。文章以财务共享模式助推业财融合发展为着眼点,系统地梳理了财务共享中心在建设及优化过程中的重要举措以及对业财融合所做出的贡献,同时探讨进一步深化业财融合的措施,以期为其他企业的业财深入融合实践之路提供借鉴。

Under the background of digitalization,the traditional financial management has been greatly impacted.Enterprises need to optimize the financial work mode to improve the management level.In the process of attempting financial transformation,enterprises regard the establishment of financial sharing service center as the first choice,so the intelligent financial management mode integrating industry and finance comes into being.At present,it is the only way for enterprises to improve their operating efficiency to study how to deepen the integration of industry and finance with financial sharing center.Based on the financial sharing model to promote the development of industry financial integration,this paper systematically combs the important measures in the construction and optimization of financial sharing center and its contribution to industry financial integration,at the same time,the paper discusses the measures to further deepen the financial integration of the industry,with a view to providing reference for other enterprises in the practice of financial integration.
