浅谈高职院校人事招聘的问题与对策

摘要 人才资源是高职院校高质量发展的核心资源,也是高职院校的核心竞争力,人才是高职院校赢得竞争、促进发展的基础,做好高职院校人事招聘工作有利于提升师资队伍的整体水平,满足长期发展的人才需求。因此,把好人事招聘关对高职院校可持续健康发展至关重要,文章从人事招聘准备工作、招聘方式、招聘渠道、聘后管理等方面,分析我国高职院校人事招聘中存在的问题,并提出合理的建议与对策。 Talent resource is the core resource of high-quality development of higher vocational colleges,and it is also the core com ̄petitiveness of higher vocational colleges,doing a good job of personnel recruitment in higher vocational colleges is conducive to improving the overall level of the teaching staff to meet the long-term development of talent needs.Therefore,it is very important for the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational colleges to do well in personnel recruitment,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the personnel recruitment of higher vocational colleges in our country,and advances some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.
