印染行业压力容器定期检验分析

Regular Inspection and Analysis of Pressure Vessels in Printing and Dyeing Industry

浙江省宁波地区印染行业发达,印染用压力容器众多,本文主要介绍印染行业压力容器的定期检验项目并分析检验发现的问题。印染用压力容器的定期检验项目包括宏观检验、壁厚测定、无损检测、安全附件检验。从检验发现的问题分析得出存在的主要问题有制造遗留缺陷、筒体变形、壁厚减薄、腐蚀及应力腐蚀开裂、安全阀不合格及安全联锁装置损坏或功能不全等。针对印染行业用压力容器存在的各类问题,本文从使用、检验检测等方面提出相关建议。

The printing and dyeing industry in Ningbo of Zhejiang province is developed,and there are many pressure vessels for printing and dyeing.This paper mainly introduced the regular inspection items of pressure vessels in printing and dyeing industry and analyzed the problems found in the inspection.Regular inspection items of pressure vessels in printing and dyeing industry include macroscopic inspection,wall thickness measurement,non-destructive testing and safety accessories inspection.The main problems of printing and dyeing pressure vessels were found to be manufacturing defects,cylinder deformation,wall thinning,corrosion and stress corrosion cracking,unqualified safety valve and safety interlocking device damage or incomplete function.In view of various problems existing in pressure vessels used in printing and dyeing industry,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of use,inspection and testing.
