本文分析了1台新安装的滑行车类大型游乐设施轨道对接焊缝出现大量裂纹的原因。以现场出现的问题为前提,结合焊接工艺及相关标准规范的要求,从制造、现场安装、焊接工艺、质量控制等方面进行分析,指出生产单位存在的问题和不足,并提出了建议和改进措施,为有效落实特种设备安全主体责任,保证特种设备的安装质量,预防出现类似的安装质量问题提供了经验和参考价值。

The causes of a large number of cracks in the butt weld of the track of a newly installed amusement rides coaster category are analyzed.Based on the problems on site,combined with the requirements of welding process and relevant standards and specifications,this paper analyzes from the aspects of manufacturing,on-site installation,welding process and quality control,points out the existing problems and deficiencies of the production unit,and puts forward suggestions and improvement measures.It provides experience and reference value for effectively implementing the main responsibility for the safety of special equipment,ensuring the installation quality of special equipment and preventing similar installation quality problems.
