摘要
粉煤灰的类型、元素、矿物组成等理化性质是决定粉煤灰资源化利用途径的基础。为实现宁夏宁东能源化工基地周边燃煤电厂粉煤灰的潜在高值化利用,在系统采集研究区枣泉电厂和银星电厂粗灰、细灰样品的基础上,采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)手段分析粉煤灰的化学组成及微量元素含量,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜分析粉煤灰的矿物组成与形态特征。枣泉电厂和银星电厂粗灰、细灰为F型低钙粉煤灰。结晶晶体相中石英含量和莫来石含量最高,YX-1中未见硬石膏和生石灰,ZQ-1和YX-1石英、钙长石、白云石、方解石含量明显高于细灰,ZQ-2和YX-2中莫来石含量高于粗灰。以欧盟P50飞灰为基准,枣泉电厂和银星电厂Li、Be、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Rb、Sn、Pb、U、Ba、Th元素富集指数较低,Sr元素在枣泉电厂粉煤灰中存在较高的富集指数,Zn元素在枣泉电厂细灰中存在较高的富集指数。
The physical and chemical properties of fly ash,such as the type,element and mineral composition,are the foundation which determine the multiple utilization of fly ash.In order to achieve the potential high-value utilization of fly ash from coal-fired power plants around the Ningdong Energy Base in Ningxia.Based on the systematic collection of coarse and fine ash samples from the Zaoquan and Yinxing Power Plant.The chemical composition and trace element concentration of the fly ash was respectively analyzed by X-ray fluorescence broad spectrum(XRF)andinductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The mineral composition and morphological characteristics of fly ash were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope.The coarse ash and fine ash of Zaoquan and Yinxing Power plant are F-type low calcium fly ash.The content of quartz and mullite is the highest in the crystal phase,and there is no anplaster and quick lime in YX-1.The content of quartz,anfeldspar,dolomite and calcite in ZQ-1 and YX-1 is significantly higher than that of fine ash,and the content of mullite in ZQ-2 and YX-2 is higher than that of coarse ash.Based on the EU P50 fly ash,the enrichment indices of Li,Be,V,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Rb,Sn,Pb,U,Ba and Th are low in Zaoquan and Yinxing Power Plant,while the Sr element has higher enrichment index in fly ash of Zaoquan Power plant,and the Zn element has higher enrichment index in fine ash of Zaoquan Power Plant.
