教育资源配置价值取向:回顾、反思与重构 被引量:5

On the Orientations of Educational Resource Distribution:Retrospection, Reflection and Reconstruction

摘要 对于如何配置教育资源,现有的观点种类繁多。公平、效率、充足、平等、自由、博爱、卓越、质量、经济增长等均曾成为人们的观点,各观点之间充满了分歧和冲突。之所以出现这样的情况,原因是多样的,其中一个重要原因是人们忽视了教育及教育资源的特有属性。根据教育的特点和教育资源的特有属性,我们认为应以博爱、平等、公平的价值取向来指引教育资源的配置,以教育资源的充足、稳定、高效来满足个体在生存、发展、完善等方面的教育需要。在教育资源配置中,要谨防三个容易出现的偏差,即以群体遮蔽个体、以手段遮蔽目的、以高层价值取向遮蔽低层价值取向。 There are many intentions on how to distribute educational resources.Equality,equity,adequacy,efficiency,liberty,fraternity,excellence,quality and economy growth all have been the choices of scholars or administrators on this topic.However,every opinion is different or even conflict to the others.This dilemma can be interpreted by many reasons,but in our opinions,ignoring the specialty of education or educational resource is the most important reason.According to the characteristics of education and educational resources,we think that educational resources should be distributed with the value orientation of fraternity,equality and equity,and feed education with adequate,sustainable resources and use it efficiently to meet the educational demand for personal survival,development and perfection.In the allocation of educational resources,we should beware of three easy deviations,that is,to cover the individual with the group,to cover the purpose with the means,and to cover the low value orientation with the high value orientation.
