渔船倾覆事故原因分析及对策研究

Cause analysis and countermeasure research of fishing boat′s capsizing accident

为提高渔船的管理水平,保障船舶及生命安全,通过对某渔船倾覆事故的调查研究,还原了事故发生的过程,分析了事故发生时的船舶载重、船舶稳性、风压力,利用船舶模拟试验进行了仿真验证。结果表明,该事故是一起由突发罕见的极端性短时大风天气导致的水上交通事故,针对该事故提出了科学的防范措施和建议。

In order to improve the management of fishing boat,safeguard the safety of boat and lives,methods of field investigation is used to analyze the cause of the capsizing accident,and the accident was restored.The capsizing accident were analyzed from the aspects of ship load,ship stability and wind pressure.At the same time,the ship simulation test was used to verify the simulation.The results show that the accident is caused by a sudden,rare and extremely short period of high winds,meanwhile,scientific preventive measures and suggestions are put forward.
