集装箱码头门式起重机维修策略决策分析

摘要 码头设备维修是保障港口安全生产和运营的基础,文章提出了一种以可靠性为中心的维修策略,以集装箱门式起重机为研究对象,运用现场设备调研和专家分析等方法,将设备分解成为独立的系统和构件,通过分析其运行方式,判定故障原因、影响权重,根据故障概率进行评分计算,判定风险等级,将实际结果与数字模拟运算进行核对,得出设备合理的预防性检查周期。研究结果表明:该策略在实现安全生产的同时,可以降低维护成本,实现港口的高效运营。 Terminal equipment maintenance is the basis to ensure safe production and operation of the port.A reliaby-centered maintenance strategy was proposed in this paper.Taking container gantry crane as the research object,the equipment is decomposed into independent systems and components by using field equipment investigation and expert analysis methods.Then the operation mode is analyzed to determine the cause of the failure and the influence weight.By checking the actual result with the digital analog operation,the reasonable preventive inspection cycle of the equipment is obtained.The research results show that the strategy can reduce the maintenance cost and realize the efficient operation of the port while realizing the safety of production.
