摘要
“生产—生活—生态”空间(“三生”空间)适宜性评价是国土空间规划和管理的基础,对于协调国土空间开发与保护、平衡区域发展具有重要意义。以湖南省郴州市为研究对象,首先基于空间适宜性构建评价指标体系,开展“三生”空间适宜性评价,定量划分“三生”空间;然后依据适宜性评价结果,对“三生”空间的空间分布特征、“三生”空间适宜性耦合协调特征及其空间自相关性进行分析。结果表明:(1)生产空间和生活空间适宜性具有相似的空间分布特征,生态空间适宜性分布格局则呈相反空间分布特征;(2)生产空间、生活空间和生态空间总体呈现显著的空间异质性分布格局,分别占国土面积的21.91%、5.97%和72.12%;(3)“三生”空间耦合协调度等级及其冷热点空间分布与“三生”空间分布格局具有较强的一致性,高、较高、中等、较低、低度协调区域面积分别占国土面积的10.33%、20.89%、23.73%、20.15%、24.90%。
Evaluating production-life-ecology space(PLES)suitability is the basis of territorial spatial planning and management and is essential for coordinating territorial spatial development and protection and balancing regional development.Taking Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,as the research object,firstly,the evaluation index system was constructed based on spatial suitability.Then,PLES suitability evaluation was carried out,and PLES was quantitatively classified.Finally,according to the results of the PLES suitability evaluation,the spatial distribution characteristics of the PLES,the coupling and coordination characteristics of the PLES suitability,and its spatial autocorrelation were analyzed.Results indicated that:(1)The suitability of production space and living space had similar spatial distribution characteristics,while the ecological spatial suitability distribution pattern had the opposite spatial distribution characteristics;(2)Production space,living space,and ecological space,in general,showed a significant spatial heterogeneous distribution pattern,accounting for 21.91%,5.97%and 72.12%of the national territory respectively;(3)The spatial distribution of the coupling coordination level of PLES and its cold hotspots had a strong consistency with the distribution pattern of PLSES,with the area of high,higher,medium,lower and low coordination areas accounting for 10.33%,20.89%,23.73%,20.15%and 24.90%of the national territory respectively.
