在国家政策要求历史文化遗产实现“空间全覆盖、要素全囊括”的全面保护目标下,针对传统的历史文化资源普查范畴局限、缺少规范性、成果物化、管理部门分散等方面的不足,以长沙市历史文化资源普查工作作为研究范本,从技术路径、普查范畴、信息采集、数据分析、成果表达、应用途径等六个方面对普查与应用路径进行优化,创建了全域全要素全流程历史文化资源普查与应用方法,对提升历史文化资源普查与应用工作效率、推动建立全域历史文化保护传承体系有重要意义,可为全国各城市的相关工作提供借鉴。

Under the goal of comprehensive protection of historical and cultural heritage,which is required by national policies to achieve"full coverage of space and full inclusion of elements",in view of the limitations in the scope of traditional historical Cultural resource management census,lack of standardization,materialization of results,decentralization of management departments and other deficiencies,the census of Changsha historical Cultural resource management is taken as a research model,from the technical path,census scope,information collection,data analysis,results expression The census and application path were optimized from six aspects,including application path,and the census and application method of historical Cultural resource management of the whole region,all elements,and all processes were created.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of census and application of historical Cultural resource management,promote the establishment of a whole region historical and cultural protection and inheritance system,and can provide reference for the relevant work of cities across the country.
