双向耦合:国土空间生态修复与生态产品价值实现

Bidirectional Coupling:Ecological Restoration of National Space and Value Realization of Eco-products

国土空间生态修复是国土空间规划体系中的重要专项,生态产品价值实现是近年来“绿水青山就是金山银山”理论的有效实践。随着工作的推进,两者之间的双向耦合关系越来越凸显。文章系统阐述了国土空间生态修复和生态产品价值实现的内涵,将国土空间生态修复与生态产品价值实现的主要内容进行系统论述,从国土空间生态修复提升了生态产品供给潜力、生态产品价值实现,增强了国土空间生态修复能力这两个方面论述了国土空间生态修复与生态产品价值实现之间的双向耦合关系。基于现有研究,提出国土空间生态修复与生态产品价值双向耦合的实现路径:(1)强化部门协作、增强共建意识;(2)加强空间规划、优化配置格局;(3)创新绿色金融、拓宽资金来源;(4)健全基础制度、完善制度体系。

The ecological restoration of territorial space is an important project in the national space planning system,and the realization of the value of eco-products is an effective practice of the theory of“Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver”in recent years.With the advancement of the work,the bidirectional coupling relationship between the two becomes more and more prominent.This paper systematically expounds the connotation of national ecological restoration and the realization of the value of eco-products,and systematically discusses the main contents of national ecological restoration and the realization of the value of eco-products.The bidirectional coupling relationship between ecological restoration of national space and value realization of eco-products was discussed from the two aspects of improving the supply potential of eco-products and enhancing the capacity of ecological restoration of national space.Based on the existing research,this paper puts forward the realization path of the bidirectional coupling between the national ecological restoration and the value of eco-products:(1)Strengthen the cooperation of departments and enhancing the consciousness of coconstruction;(2)Strengthen spatial planning and optimize the configuration pattern;(3)Innovate green finance and Expand capital sources;(4)Strengthen the basic system and improve the system.
