摘要
针对催化剂生产过程中喷雾干燥流程存在一定程度的能量利用不合理、不充分、不完善等问题,对该流程节能优化技术理论进行了研究并提出了相应优化方案,采用理论模拟分析、计算,建立了物料颗粒干燥过程两相流动热量交换与传递模型,通过增设引风机、空气预热器,优化燃烧器技术,改善燃烧器内空气与天然气混合及燃烧效果,能量利用率有显著提高。
In view of the problems of unreasonable,insufficient and imperfect energy utilization in the spray drying process of catalyst production,the energy-saving optimization technology theory of the process is studied and the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed.A two-phase flow heat exchange and transfer model for material particle drying process is established through theoretical simulation analysis and calculation.By adding induced draft fans and air preheaters,optimizing burner technology,and improving the mixing and combustion effect of air and natural gas in the burner,the energy utilization rate has been significantly improved.
