基于模糊综合评价的办公椅扶手设计改进研究

Research on the Improvement of Armrests in Ofce Chairs Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

办公椅扶手是最能影响人们舒适性的配件之一。合理的扶手设计可以使人体上肢在工作及休息时获得更好的支撑和放松,有效减少上肢肌肉疲劳问题的出现。为全面而系统地分析评价办公椅扶手,构建了办公椅扶手的工效学评价指标体系,采用多层次模糊综合评价法对多款不同类型的办公椅扶手进行了综合评价及分析。扶手的基本尺寸,可调节范围以及支撑舒适性这三项指标对办公椅扶手设计影响权重较大。而后根据评价结果发现存在的相应问题并提出改进意见,对优化办公椅扶手设计具有参考意义。

Office chair armrests are one of the accessories that can most affect people's comfort.Reasonable armrest design can make the upper limbs of the human body get better support and relaxation during work and rest,effectively reducing the upper limb muscle fatigue problem.In order to comprehensively and systematically analyze and evaluate the armrests of office chairs,this paper adopts the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the armrests of office chairs.The results show that the basic size,adjustable range,and support comfort of the armrest have a greater influence on the armrest design of the office chair.According to the evaluation results,problems are found and suggestions for improvement are proposed,which has reference significance for optimizing the design of office chair armrests.
