乡村振兴战略带来大量惠农政策出台,惠农信息的乡村传播效能是惠农政策实施的前提保障,有利于农民受众的信息吸收利用,把握惠农政策主旨。论文在对惠农信息乡村传播本体的语法、语义和语用特质分析基础上,构建制度性全信息调适和利益性全信息调适路径。制度性调适内容是多样阐释示范,实施制度性保障,侧重语法和语用层次,强调规范权威和农民的适用性;利益性调适内容是利益权责引导,实施利益规制策略,侧重语义层次,强调效率和通俗性解释。

The rural revitalization strategy has brought about the introduction of a large number of policies that benefit farmers.The effectiveness of rural dissemination of benefits to farmers is the premise guarantee the implementation of policies that benefit farmers.Based on the analysis of the grammatical,semantic and pragmatic characteristics of the rural dissemination of benefit-farmers information,the path of institutional full information adjustment and benefit full information adjustment is constructed.The content of institutional adjustment is a variety of interpretation and demonstration,implementing institutional guarantees,focusing on grammar and pragmatic levels,and emphasizing normative authority and the applicability of farmers;Emphasis on semantic level,emphasizing efficiency and popular interpretation.
