1000 MW汽轮发电机端盖漏氢原因分析及预防措施

摘要 由于端盖结构的特殊性,某1000 MW汽轮发电机在运行中多次发生漏氢现象,且漏氢部位基本相同。根据漏氢部位的特征,分析漏氢的原因,例如转子安装工艺不规范、端盖变形、密封面夹杂异物或有毛刺高点、结构存在薄弱环节等,并提出了用塞尺检查端盖密封面、涂抹密封剂、规范安装工艺等预防措施,从根本上解决了该发电机端盖漏氢的问题。 Hydrogen leakage has occurred many times at the basically same part during the operation of a 1000 MW steam turbine generator due to the particularity of the end cover structure.The causes of hydrogen leakage are analyzed according to the charac⁃teristics of hydrogen leakage part,such as non-standard installation process of the rotor,deformation of the end cover,impurities or prickle high points on the sealing surface and weaknesses of the structure.The preventive measures are put forward,such as checking the sealing surface of the end cover with feeler gauge,smearing sealant and standardizing the installation process,funda⁃mentally solving the problem of hydrogen leakage from the end cover of the generator.
