摘要
分析当前国有企业发展面临的问题,研究国有企业管理方式,提出在国有企业管理中实施柔性管理,通过建立制度执行监督管理委员会、搭建员工交流平台、构建柔性人力资源管理体系、建立柔性企业文化等,提高国有企业员工的工作积极性和创新性。
The current problems faced by the development of state-owned enterprises are analyzed,the management style of stateowned enterprises is studied,and the implementation of flexible management in the management of state-owned enterprises is pro⁃posed.Specifically,state-owned enterprises shall establish a system implementation supervision and management committee,build a platform for employee communication,construct a flexible human resource management system and establish a flexible corporate culture in order to improve the motivation and innovation of employees in state-owned enterprises.
