摘要 构建基于“人岗课”智慧匹配链的数字化培训体系。该体系以培训全要素、全流程、全体系的数字化管理为主线,以学员画像、知识图谱、人才发展地图为桥梁,以“云大物智移”创新技术为支撑,为员工提供一站式、综合化培训服务,实现员工智慧培训和自主学习,推动电网企业培训智能化、数字化转型。 A digital training system based on the intelligent matching chain of"employee-post-course"is constructed.Specifical⁃ly,this system takes the digital management of all elements,whole process,and whole system of training as the main line,the trainee portraits,knowledge maps,and talent development maps as bridges,and the innovative technologies of“Cloud Computing,Big Data,Internet of Things,Mobile Internet,and Artificial Intelligence”as the support,aiming to provide one-stop and compre⁃hensive training services for employees to realize intelligent training and independent learning,thus promoting intelligent and digi⁃tal transformation of training in power grid enterprises.
