摘要
针对“一带一路”沿线国家的海外电网企业外籍员工人才培养能力较弱的现状,在海外电网企业技术型人才培养和员工队伍管理等方面,通过建立人才培养管理团队,快速提升外籍员工专业理论和实践技能,提高海外电网企业在当地国家的竞争优势。
Considering the relatively weak ability in foreign employees cultivation of overseas power grid enterprises in countries along“The Belt and Road”,the professional theoretical and practical skills of foreign employees are rapidly enhanced and the competitive advantages of overseas power grid enterprises in local countries are improved by establishing a talents cultivation man⁃agement team,in the aspect of technical talents cultivation and employees management of overseas power grid enterprises.
