摘要
针对变电运行人员倒闸操作不当所引起的严重事故,以“互讲”“互通”“互学”的“三互”模式为基础,根据学员真实行为与岗位特点,对“倒闸操作”课程教学内容和模式进行改革,提高“倒闸操作”课程教学效果,减少倒闸操作事故发生。
In allusion to the serious accidents caused by improper inverter operation of substation operators,the course teaching content and mode of Inverter Operation are reformed on the basis of the"three mutual"modes of"mutual teaching","mutual com⁃munication"and"mutual learning"according to the real behaviors and post characteristics of students,so as to improve the course teaching effects of Inverter Operation and reduce the occurrence of inverter operation accidents.
