摘要
以2021年贵州省17个监测县(市、区)退耕还林资源量为基础,采用国家行业标准《退耕还林工程生态效益监测评价技术标准与管理规范》,评价17个监测县(市、区)退耕还林工程的生态效益。结果表明:17个监测县(市、区)生态效益总价值为466.32亿元/年。(1)17个监测县(市、区)中水城区的生态效益价值量最大,达到54.87亿元。(2)6项评价指标中生态效益价值量以涵养水源和净化大气环境为主,分别占30.02%和24.08%。(3)不同植被类型生态效益价值量从大到小依次为:针叶林>阔叶林>竹林>灌木林>针阔混交林。(4)不同植被恢复类型生态效益价值量从大到小依次为:退耕地造林>宜林荒山荒地造林>封山育林。
A systematic evaluation of ecological benefits was performed on the Grain for Green Project(GGP)in the ecological resources of 17 monitoring counties(cities,districts)in Guizhou Province of China at the end of 2021.A National Industry Standard was also adopted as"Ecological Standard Monitoring and Evaluation of Grain for Green Project".The results showed that the total value of ecological benefits in the 17 monitored counties(cities,districts)was 46.632 billion Yuan/a.Among them,(1)the ecological benefit value of Shuicheng area was the largest 5.487 billion Yuan.(2)Among the six evaluation indicators,the ecological benefit value was depended mainly on the water conservation and air quality purification,accounting for 30.02%and 24.08%,respectively.(3)The ecological benefit value of different vegetation types was ranked in the descending order of the coniferous forest>broad-leaved forest>bamboo forest>shrubbery>mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest.(4)The ecological benefit value of different vegetation recovery types was ranked in the order of the returning to forest from farmland>planting trees on barren hills and uncultivated land>closing hill sides for afforestation.
