基于5E教学理念的病原生物学多情境课程体系的探索

摘要 病原生物学涵盖了病原体形态到致病、防治的完整内容,较好承接了医学基础课和临床专业课程。一个优良的病原生物学课程体系可提高学生的逻辑思维和临床思辨能力。文章引入5E教学理念将多情境(疫情情景、生活情境、病例情境、疫苗防治、国家政策、科学研究等)系统融入课程的引入、探究、解释、延伸和评价各阶段,在情景中教学以提高学生的学习积极性、教学参与性、分析逻辑性、讨论互动性,培养科学精神、科学创新能力,并且多环节融入课程思政,实现立德树人的根本任务,以期为病原生物学课程的教学改革提供参考和补充。 The teaching content of pathogenic biology includes pathogen morphology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of related diseases etc.,connecting basic medical courses and clinical professional courses.A good course system in pathogen biology can improve students'logical thinking and clinical thinking abilities.This article introduces the 5E instructional model and integrates multiple scenarios(epidemic,everyday life,cases,advances in vaccination against diseases,national policies,and scientific research,etc.)into stages of“engagement,exploration,explanation,elaboration,and evaluation”.The multiple scenario approach proves effective in improving students'learning enthusiasm,classroom participation,analytical ability,discussion interaction,and the students can cultivate scientific spirit and scientific innovation ability as well.Ideological and political education was also integrated into different stages to complete the fundamental task of cultivating talents with high moral standards,providing reference for the teaching reform in pathogenic biology courses.
