全域旅游新业态下高职院校旅游人才培养路径分析

An Analysis on Cultivation Path of Tourism Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Mode of Regional Tourism

全域旅游是以“一业兴百业”,即指以旅游业带动和促进社会经济发展的一种新的区域协调发展理念和模式,全域旅游新业态对高职院校旅游人才需求也提出新的要求。文章运用问卷访谈法和案例分析法,首先诠释了全域旅游新业态的变化对高职院校旅游人才培养提出的新要求;其次以湖北高职院校旅游类专业为研究对象,分析了全域旅游新业态下旅游人才培养存在的问题;最后探索全域旅游新业态下旅游人才培养路径,希望为高职院校旅游人才的培养提供一定的参考价值。

Regional tourism is a new concept and mode of regional coordinated development,which is“one industry prospers all industries”,that is,tourism drives and promotes social and economic development.Under the new mode of regional tourism,the demand for tourism talents in higher vocational colleges has also changed.The article uses literature method,questionnaire interview and case analysis.First of all,it explains the new requirements of the new mode of regional tourism for cultivating tourism talents in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,taking the tourism majors of Hubei higher vocational colleges as the research object,it analyzes the existing problems of tourism talent cultivation under the new mode of regional tourism.Finally,it explores the cultivation path of tourism talents under the new mode of regional tourism.It is hoped to provide a certain reference value for the cultivation of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges.
