支柱复合绝缘子双吊带交叉箍顶吊装方案的应用

摘要 换流站直流场支柱复合绝缘子具有安装数量庞大、安装精度控制严格等特点,采用常规的吊装方案势必造成资源投入多、高处作业风险大、耗时长等问题。根据现场实际情况,依据“支柱复合绝缘子的安装效率、提升安装精度、降低安装作业风险、减少资源投入”目标,提出了一种利用两根吊带在绝缘子中部固定、交叉固定后在顶部“箍”牢起吊的吊装方案,实现了换流站直流场支柱复合绝缘子吊装时间最短化、资源投入最少化,极大程度降低了吊装作业安全风险,有效节约成本的同时还能更好的推广应用。 The DC field pillar composite insulators of the converter station have the characteristics of a large number of installations and strict control of installation accuracy.The use of conventional hoisting solutions will inevitably lead to problems such as high resource investment,high operating risks,and long time consumption.According to the actual situation on site,and based on the goal of“installation efficiency of pillar composite insulators,improving installation accuracy,reducing installation operation risks,and reducing resource investment”,a new method using two slings to be fixed in the middle of the insulator and cross-fixed at the top of the insulator is proposed.The hoisting scheme of“firmly hoisting”realizes the shortest hoisting time and resource investment of the DC field pillar composite insulator in the converter station,which greatly reduces the safety risks of hoisting operations,effectively saves costs,and can be better popularized and applied.
