Research on the Development of Baijiu Industry in Chishui River fromthe Perspective of Historical Geography

赤水河流域是著名的白酒特色产业集聚区,产生于流域特殊的自然地理环境,也与明清时期赤水河航道整治、仁岸川盐入黔等历史人文背景相关。历史地理学视角下白酒产业发展思路有:坚持绿色发展,保护流域酿造环境;塑造国家地理标志品牌;与文化旅游资源融合发展。

The Chishui River basin is a famous Baijiu characteristic industry cluster,which was born in the special natural geographical environment,and is also related to the historical and cultural background of Chishui River waterway regulation in the Ming and Qing dynasties and the slat transportation form Ren’an to Guizhou.From the perspective of historical geography,the development ideas of Baijiu industry include:adhering to green development and protecting the brewing environment of the river basin;building a national geographical brand;integrating and developing cultural tourismresources.
