阐释了高校推进融媒思政建设的演进逻辑、价值逻辑、理论逻辑、行动逻辑。从平行到交叉再到耦合的发展进程,是融媒思政“由何而来”的演进逻辑;适应信息技术所驱、落实政策要求所指、解决现实问题所需的重要意义,是“为什么要”的价值逻辑;多因素的劝服传播、多通道的认知加工、多要素的价值塑造的学理支撑,是“为什么能”的理论逻辑;培育核心队伍、整合优质资源、完善运营机制的路径方法,是“为什么行”的行动逻辑。此四重逻辑中,要在“由何而来”的时空坐标里,将“为什么要”的必要性、“为什么能”的必然性、“为什么行”的现实性有机结合起来,为高校推进融媒思政建设打下牢固基础。

This paper explains the evolution logic,value logic,theoretical logic and action logic of promoting ideological and political education based on integrating media in colleges and universities.The development process from parallel to cross and then to coupling is the evolution logic of“where from”;The significance of adapting to information technology,implementing policy requirements and solving practical problems is the value logic of“why should”;The theoretical support of multi-factor persuasive communication,multi-channel cognitive processing and multi-factor value shaping is the theoretical logic of“why work”;The path and method of cultivating the core team,integrating high-quality resources and improving the operation mechanism are the action logic of“why can”.In this four-aspect logic,the necessity of“why should”,the inevitability of“why work”and the reality of“why can”should be organically combined in the space-time coordinate of“where from”,to lay a solid foundation for colleges and universities to promote ideological and political education based on integrating media.
