摘要 高职院校思想政治教育质量评价是监测改进和创新发展思想政治教育实践的重要环节,事关“三全育人”成效。当前高职院校逐步探索出符合校情、学情、师情的思想政治教育质量评价模式,但仍然面临理念待转变、科学性待加强、静态化较明显等问题,需要充分发挥指标、队伍、平台、制度等评价体系要素的系统性作用,深化对思想政治教育质量评价“评什么”“谁来评”“如何评”等问题的认识,以科学的诊断、有效的反馈精准有效推进高职院校思想政治工作。 The evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational colleges and universities is an important link in improving and innovating the practice of ideological and political education.At present,higher vocational colleges and universities have explored a quality assessment model of ideological and political education that conforms to the school’s conditions,academic conditions,and teachers’conditions,but they still face problems such as idea to be changed,scientificity to be strengthened,and staticization is obvious,and it is necessary to give full play to the systematic role of indicators,teams,platforms,systems and other elements of the evaluation system,deepen the understanding of the problems of“what to evaluate”,“who will evaluate”and“how to evaluate”in the evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education,so as to promote the precision of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges with scientific diagnosis and reliable feedback.
