国家级“双师型”教师培养培训基地建设研究——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

摘要 以广东轻工职业技术学院国家级“双师型”教师培养培训基地为例,通过总结国家级“双师型”教师培养培训基地发展的过程与现状,寻找“双师型”教师培养培训基地在职教师资培训中的不足和存在的问题,从“开拓新的校企合作平台,共建优质国家级‘双师型’培训基地;加强调研力度,提高培训针对性;创新培训方式方法;与专业群建设紧密结合,探索广东地区特色培训项目;管理机制创新,打造教师培训项目品牌;依托优质教师培训基地平台,对外开展教师教育帮扶;加大培训回访工作,创建培训评估验收体系”七个方面对广东省职业教育教师培养培训模式中存在的问题进行具体的分析与研究,从而给出创新的建议与策略。 Quality provincial teacher training base in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic is taken for example in this paper.By summarizing the history of development and status quo of the base,we try to find out the deficiencies and existing problems in the course of teacher training at the base.This paper makes a detailed discussion and analysis of the problems existing in the training mode of teachers in Guangdong vocational colleges from four aspects,which include the development of a new cooperation platform between schools and enterprises in order to build a quality provincial double-type-teacher training base,the enhancement of the research strength to reform the training curriculum system,the close combination with the construction of professional groups to explore the special training methods of light industry,and the increase of the training in return-visit-work so as to establish the training evaluation and acceptance system.At last,the innovative suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
