摘要
在数字化赋能的背景下,智慧物流引起了物流行业的巨大变化。这些变化涵盖了物流的新理念、新技术和新场景。这种变迁趋势对物流岗位产生了深远影响,其中传统岗位逐渐减少,而对技术创新型和技能创新型人才的需求却在增加。智慧物流技术的赋权引发了不同性质工作需求的变化,自动化已经取代了重复性劳动,对脑力劳动和创造性工作的需求也随之增加。因此,智慧物流人才培养需要突出类型教育,关注技术赋权,培养掌握先进技术和实践技能的高端人才,同时注重中低端技术应用和运营维护型人才的培养。
Under the backdrop of digital empowerment,smart logistics has brought about significant changes in the logistics industry.These changes encompass new concepts,technologies,and scenarios in logistics.This transformation trend has had a profound impact on job roles in logistics,with traditional positions gradually decreasing while the demand for talent with innovative technological skills is increasing.The empowerment of smart logistics technology has led to a shift in job requirements,where automation has replaced repetitive tasks,resulting in an increased demand for cognitive and creative work.Therefore,the cultivation of talent in smart logistics needs to emphasize specialized education,focus on technological empowerment,and foster high-end professionals who possess advanced technical knowledge and practical skills.Additionally,attention should also be given to the training of talent for middle-and low-level technical applications and operational maintenance.
