摘要
数智化在线交互教育范式是在数智时代背景下逐渐形成的新型教育培训实践规范,这一“范式转换”直接带动了职业培训组织样态的变革。在数智化在线交互教育范式导向下,发达国家职业培训组织遵循了“环境变化-组织变革-组织动态平衡”的演进逻辑,基于“同步媒体”和“异步媒体”两种路径选择,形成了多种类型的培训组织形态,同时建立起与新形态相适应的组织运行机制。我国职业培训相关主体要主动适应数智化时代的新要求,观照数智化在线交互教育范式特征,及时为职业培训组织变革提供制度化保障,加强教育培训组织模式创新,提升职业培训质量。
The paradigm of digital intelligence online interactive education is a new type of education and training practice that has gradually emerged in the context of the digital intelligence era,and this“paradigm shift”has directly led to a change in the organisational model of vocational training.Under the paradigm of digital intelligent online interactive education,the evolution of the organisational model of vocational training in developed countries has followed the logic of“environmental change-organisational change-organisational dynamic equilibrium”.Based on the two paths of“synchronous media”and“asynchronous media”,various types of training organizations have been formed,and an organizational operation mechanism has been established to adapt to the new paradigm.China’s vocational training-related entities should take the initiative to adapt to the new requirements of the era of digital intelligence,observe the characteristics of the digital intelligence online interactive education paradigm,provide timely institutionalized guarantees for the organizational changes of vocational training,strengthen the innovation of education and training organizational models,and improve the quality of vocational training.
