基于数据驱动的循环流化床机组PI控制

摘要 为提高循环流化床机组应对强非线性和大惯性特性的能力,并提高机组在大范围变工况时的运行品质,提出了一种基于数据驱动的循环流化床机组比例-积分(proportionintegral,PI)控制策略。首先,分析机组负荷和床温回路的耦合程度、非线性特性和变工况特性;然后,设计了基于数据驱动的分散PI控制策略,并给出了参数选择的方法;最后,将所提控制策略应用于循环流化床机组,仿真结果表明该策略相比于常规PI和自抗扰控制策略在负荷和床温设定值跟踪方面优势明显,能够显著提高上述2个回路的跟踪性能。同时,该控制策略在抗输入扰动和煤质波动方面也具有一定的优势。 In order to enhance the ability of the circulating fluidized bed(CFB) unit to cope with strong nonlinearity and large inertia characteristics,and improve the operation quality of the unit in wide working conditions,a data-driven proportion-integral(PI) control strategy for CFB unit is proposed.Firstly,a decentralized PI control strategy based on data-driven is designed for CFB unit by analyzing the coupling between power and bed temperature loops.Secondly,the distributed PI control strategy based on data drive is designed,and the method of parameter selection is given.Finally,the proposed control strategy is applied to the CFB unit.Simulation results indicate that the proposed control strategy is superior to the comparative PI and active disturbance rejection control strategies for the tracking performance of the power and bed temperature loops.In addition,the proposed control strategy has certain advantages in rejecting input disturbance and coal quality fluctuation.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy has good application prospect.
