摘要
以平行四边形机构耦合Watt-Ⅱ型中心臂转向机构组成的全轮转向系统为研究对象,建立数学模型,以精确点为约束条件,通过MATLAB求解获得机构初始尺寸。在(0°,45°)转角范围内,以各轮转角的误差绝对值总和最小为目标,采用ADAMS进行优化。根据优化尺寸建立多轴转向试验台,试验验证转向系统的性能良好,可满足多轴车辆转向要求。
In this article,with the focus on the all-wheel steering system composed of the parallel quadrangular mechanism coupled with the Watt-Ⅱ central-arm steering mechanism,the mathematical model is set up,and the mechanism's initial dimension is solved by means of MATLAB,with the exact point as the constraint.In the corner range(0°,45°),in order to minimize the sum of each wheel angle's absolute error of,the optimization is carried out with the help of ADAMS.According to the optimized dimensions,a multi-axle steering test bench is built.The test verifies that the steering system performs well and meets the steering requirement of multi-axle vehicles.
