基于微认证的初中生劳动素养评价体系建构:价值、内容与实施路径 被引量:4

The Construction of Labor Literacy Evaluation System for Junior High School Students Based on Micro-certification:Value Implication,Content Design and Implementation Path

摘要 “微认证”是一种证明学习者学习成就的新型数字化评价载体。建构基于微认证的初中生劳动素养评价体系,对落实《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》具有重要意义。劳动素养微认证评价体系对学生、教师和教育部门具有重要价值。该评价体系需要遵循科学性、系统性以及可操作性原则,包含“劳动观念、劳动情感、劳动习惯、劳动能力和劳动精神”5个一级指标和相应的二级、三级指标,其系统设计包括兼顾线上线下的微认证应用平台、指向师生交互的数字徽章管理界面、体现劳动课程特点的数字徽章类型。该评价体系的实施路径包括教师设计具有可操作性的微认证任务指南、学生提交具有多样性和灵活性的劳动任务成果、系统给予及时有效的过程性评价、系统颁发信息丰富和种类多样的数字徽章。 Micro-certification is a new digital evaluation carrier which proves that learners skills or achievements meet the evaluation standards.To construct an evaluation system of junior high school students'labor literacy based on micro-certification is of great significance to the implementation of the Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition).The evaluation system of labor literacy micro-certification is of great value to students,teachers and education departments.The evaluation system should follow the three principles of scientificity,systematicness and operability,which include five first-level indexes of"labor concept,labor emotion,labor habit,labor ability and labor spirit"and corresponding second-level and third-level indexes.The design of the system includes a micro-certification application platform providing both online and offline evaluations,a digital badge management interface that points to teacher-student interaction,and varieties of digital badge types that reflect the characteristics of labor courses.The implementation path of the evaluation system mainly consists of four steps.First,teachers should design an operable task guide for micro-certification.Second,students submit all kinds of flexible results of labor tasks.Third,the system gives timely and effective process evaluation and then issues digital badges accordingly.
