工科大学生创造力结构模型及提升研究

在我国,创新型人才汇集最多的是高等学校,高校是创新人才培养的重要基地。从系统协同的角度解读工科大学生创造力,结合创造个体的价值观、人格、能力等素质特征,以创造结果为导向,提出创造力的整体定义框架,并解析出工科大学生创造力系统的两个向性(内向性、外向性)和六个维度(创造性环境、创造性成果、创造性价值观、创造性人格、创造性能力和创造性知识),依据此构建了工科大学生创造力三层次模型。通过模型结果分析,从六维协同角度提出优化措施:即在高校中建设有利于工科大学生发挥创造力的环境,加强以核心价值观为引领的创造性价值观培育,改进教育教学方法塑造国内工科大学生创造性人格,锻炼思维集成能力提升工科大学生创造性能力,构建合理的工科大学生知识结构,注重工科大学生创造力成果检验。

In China,colleges and universities gather the most innovative talents.Colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating innovative talents.This study interprets the creativity of engineering college students from the perspective of system collaboration,combines the individual's values,personality,abilities,and other quality characteristics,and proposes an overall definition creativity framework guided by creative results.It also analyzes the two orientations(introversion and extroversion)and six dimensions(creative environment,creative achievements,creative values,creative personality,creative ability,and creative knowledge)of the creativity system of engineering college students,and constructs a threelevel model of engineering college students'creativity based on this.Through the analysis of the results of the model,the optimization measures are proposed from the perspective of sixdimensional synergy:that is,to build an environment conducive to the creativity of engineering students in colleges and universities,strengthen the cultivation of creative values led by core values,improve education and teaching methods,shape the creative personality of domestic engineering students,exercise the ability of thinking integration to enhance the creative ability of engineering students,construct a reasonable knowledge structure of engineering students,and pay attention to the test of creative achievements of engineering students.
