摘要 Dear Editor,With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,a large number of functional genes have been identified.However,the illustration of these gene functions is limited,especially in monocot plants(Chen et al.,2022).One of the main reasons is that genetic transformation is still a major bottleneck for these plants.Recently,nanoparticles(NPs)-mediated biomolecular delivery methods.
