摘要
目的研究上肢锐性抵抗伤与命案现场分析相关要素之间的关系,为法医进行现场分析提供参考依据。方法对100例具有上肢锐性抵抗伤的命案进行统计,分析上肢锐性抵抗伤分布、数量、主被动性、强弱程度等与死者及案犯的性别、年龄、致死部位、作案动机等因素之间的关系。结果(1)男性手背更容易出现抵抗伤,男性手掌损伤数量高于女性;(2)上臂损伤可与手背、前臂抵抗损伤同时出现,形成相关性抵抗伤;(3)作案动机不影响上肢锐性抵抗伤出现的部位;(4)死者为未成年人时,主动抵抗出现的比例增高;(5)案发时间白天更容易出现强抵抗;(6)涉案人关系、作案动机均不显著影响抵抗伤的强弱与主被动性。结论在上肢出现锐性抵抗伤案件中,男性死者更能保持主动抵抗行为;主动抵抗更容易发生在未成年人;强抵抗行为更容易发生在白天。
Objective To study the relationship between the characteristics of sharp defense injury of the upper limb and relevant elements of homicide scene analysis,so as to provide reference for forensic scene analysis.Methods A total of 100 homicide cases with sharp defense injuries in the upper limbs were statistically analyzed,and the relationship between the distribution,quality,frequency,activity or passivity,and intensity of sharp defense injury of upper limbs and the gender,age fo the victim,cause of death,and motive for committing the crime was analyzed.Results(1)Male palms were more likely to be injured,and the number of palmar injuries in males was higher than that in females.(2)Upper arm injuries can occur simultaneously with defense injuries to the back of the hand and forearm,forming related defense injuries.(3)The motive for committing a crime does not affect the site where sharpl defense injury occurs in the upper limb.(4)When the deceased was a minor,the proportion of active defense increased.(5)Strong defense is more likely to occur during the daytime;(6)The relationship between the person involved and the motive for commiting the crime did not significantly affect the strength and acivity or passivity of the defense injury.Conclusion In the cases of sharp defense injury in the upper limbs,male victims are more likely to maintain active defense behavior;Active defense is more likely to occur in minors;Strong defense behaviors are more likely to occur during the day.
