摘要
研究表明人体不同的身体部位有独特的微生物群落,且在身体各部位发现的微生物总量比人体自身细胞更多,因此基于人体微生物群落组成的时空分布特点和变化规律来进行体液组织来源推断是一个重要的应用方向。本文综述了人体微生物多样性分析应用于法医学体液组织来源鉴定的背景、研究技术、近年来的研究进展及应用挑战,以期为相关研究和实践提供参考。
Studies have shown that different body sites harbor specialized microbial communities,and the total number of microbial cells is more than the body's own cells.Therefore,it is an important application direction to infer the source of body fluid based on the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and changes of human microbial community.In this article,we reviewed recent advances and application challenges of the identification of body fuid using microbial diversity analysis,in order to provide reference for related research and application.
