中央苏区时期伤残红军优抚工作探析

An Analysis of the Special Care of the Wounded and Disabled Red Army Soldiers in the Central Soviet Area

中央苏区是在烽火连天和枪林弹雨的严峻战时环境下诞生的,国民党“围剿”与革命根据地的“反围剿”贯穿整个中央苏区时期。在这种以革命战争为主导的社会环境下,伤残红军成为了一个数量庞大的特殊群体。做好对他们的优待抚恤工作是中国共产党在这一时期要解决的重要问题。中央苏区政府通过发布一系列有针对性的优抚政策来加强对这项工作的精细指导。同时,官方权威媒体积极宣传,动员中央苏区的一切有生力量参与到对伤残红军的优抚工作中,伤残红军也通过实际行动回馈中央苏区,两者之间形成了积极的双向互动关系。

The Central Soviet Area was born in the wartime and the Kuomintang“encirclement and suppression”and the campaign against“encirclement and suppression”in the revolutionary base areas has run through the whole period.In this social environment dominated by the revolutionary war,the large number of wounded and disabled Red Army soldiers has become a special group.It is an important historical task for the Communist Party of China(CPC)to give favorable treatment to these soldiers in this period.The Central Soviet Area government issues a series of targeted special care policies to strengthen the guidance of this work.At the same time,the official authoritative media actively promote the situation to mobilize all the effective forces in the Central Soviet Area to participate in the work of special care of the wounded and disabled Red Army soldiers.The wounded and disabled Red Army soldiers repay the Central Soviet Area with their own actions,contributing to the establishment of a positive two-way interactive relationship.
