译者主体性视域下李煜《虞美人》英译的差异性研究

A Study on the Differences in the English Translations of Li Yu’s Yumeiren from the Perspective of Translator’s Subjectivity

李煜的《虞美人》有多个英译版本,基于译者主体性视域,许渊冲和Frankel的文化背景和审美体验存在差异。许渊冲长期受到中国古典文化的熏陶,其译文在意象朦胧多义和意境余味无穷方面更胜一筹;Frankel在英语环境中生长,其译文在用词贴切和用韵自然方面有可取之处。

There are various English versions of Li Yu’s Yumeiren.Based on the perspective of translator’s subjectivity,there are differences between Xu Yuanchong and Frankel in cultural backgrounds and aesthetic experiences.Influenced by classical Chinese culture,Xu Yuanchong does better in the creation of vague and ambiguous images and a lasting and pleasant artistic conception,while Frankel,who has grown up in the English language environment,chooses vocabulary more appropriately and uses rhyme more naturally.
