基于舒适物理论的京津冀宜居宜业宜游城市建设研究——以张家口市为例

A Study on the Construction of Livable,Yee Yip and Tourist Cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Based on the Theory of Amenities——Taking Zhangjiakou City as an Example

基于舒适物理论,从环境质量、教育生活、休闲娱乐、经济潜力、就业环境、旅游资源和旅游服务等7个方面构建了宜居宜业宜游城市建设水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法、线性加权综合评价方法和聚类分析法对京津冀13个城市的建设水平进行评价和对比分析。研究结果显示,北京市、天津市和石家庄市的城市建设水平居于前三位,河北省地级市之间的建设水平存在明显差异,张家口市城市建设综合水平和各项指标水平均处于相对落后地位。张家口市应抓住多重机遇,并结合自身特点与区位条件,与北京市、天津市及河北省其他市优势互补,协同发展,有针对性地提升宜居宜业宜游城市建设水平。

Based on the theory of amenities,the paper constructs an evaluation index system of the construction level of livable,Yee Yip and tourist cities in terms of environmental quality,educational life,recreation,economic potential,employment environment,tourist resources,and tourist services,and makes an evaluation and comparative analysis of the construction level of the 13 cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei by using entropy method,linear weighted comprehensive evaluation method and cluster analysis.The results show that the urban construction level of Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang is in the top three,the construction level of the 11 prefecture level cities of Hebei Province is significantly different,and the comprehensive level and index level of Zhangjiakou are relatively low.Therefore,it is advisable that Zhangjiakou should seize multiple opportunities,combine its own characteristics and location conditions,complement and develop with Beijing,Tianjin and other cities of Hebei Province,and improve the construction level of a livable,Yee Yip and tourist city.
