腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair procedures

目的分析腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2021年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二六医院收治住院的腹腔镜疝修补术患者58例为腹腔镜组,选取同时期内传统疝修补术治疗患者58例为传统组。比较两组患者的手术情况、术后并发症发生情况及复发情况。结果腹腔镜组患者的手术时间、下床时间及住院时间均短于传统组,术中出血量少于传统组,术后不同时段下的疼痛评分均低于传统组(P<0.05)。两组患者的手术疗效无显著差异,腹腔镜组患者的并发症总发生率低于传统组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。但两组患者术后2年复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝修补手术较传统疝修补术并发症更少,且能缩短手术时间,促进患者恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Method 58 patients with laparoscopic hernia repair admitted to the 926th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the laparoscopic group,and 58 patients treated with traditional hernia repair during the same period were selected as the traditional group.Compare the surgical conditions,postoperative complications,and recurrence rates between the two groups of patients.Result Surgery time,bedtime,and hospitalization time of the laparoscopic group were shorter than those of the traditional group,with less intraoperative bleeding and lower pain scores at different postoperative periods compared to the traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in surgical efficacy between the two groups of patients,and the total incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the traditional group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the 2-year postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair surgery has fewer complications compared to traditional hernia repair surgery,and can shorten the surgical time and promote patient recovery.
