摘要
在社会文化多元、价值取向各异、道德自律欠佳、性成熟提前、性观念解放以及结婚年龄推迟等多重背景下,高校大学生群体在性与生殖健康方面的认知、态度、行为能力令人担忧。以Q校青春健康教育的实践为例,呈现以家庭教育为基础、学校教育为支撑、网络教育为重点、同伴教育为辅助、社会实践教育为补充,整合家庭、学校、同辈群体、社会组织等共同参与的多元共治高校青春健康服务模式,指出多元共治高校青春健康教育的创新之处在于:治理主体的多元协同合作、治理目标上多元主体赋权与增能助推公共性目标达成、治理策略上的多元化教育的整合式发展。
In the context of diverse social cultures,different value orientations,poor moral self-discipline,early sexual maturity,liberation of sexual concepts and delayed marriage age,college students are lack of the cognition,attitude and behavioral ability in sexual and reproductive health.Taking the practice of youth health education in Q School as an example,this paper presents a multi-governance college youth health service model with family education as the basis,school education as the support,network education as the focus,peer education as the auxiliary,and social practice education as the supplement by integrating the participation of family,school,peer group,and social organizations.The results show that the innovation of youth health education in pluralistic co-governance colleges lies in the pluralistic cooperation of governance subjects,the empowerment and empowerment of pluralistic subjects in governance goals,and the integrated development of pluralistic education in governance strategies.
