柚木驼蛾雌雄成虫形态及其触角感器识别

摘要 【目的】柚木驼蛾Hyblaea puera Cramer是红树林白骨壤Avicennia marina(Forsk.)Vierh.和珍贵树种柚木Tectonagrandis L.f.等植物的重要食叶害虫,通过对柚木驼蛾雌雄成虫形态及其触角感器的研究,掌握雌雄成虫快速识别技术,了解害虫主要触角感器的类型。【方法】对红树林植物白骨壤的重要害虫柚木驼蛾雌雄成虫特征和触角感器进行了描述,应用电子显微镜和扫描电镜技术检测了柚木驼蛾雌雄成虫外形鉴别特征以及触角感受器种类、形态和分布等。【结果】成虫触角细丝状,头、胸部灰色略带红褐色。雌成虫腹部粗壮,末端有一圆形环毛。雄成虫腹部尖细,末端鳞毛较长,可见两丛分叉,呈短钳状。触角主要分布的感器有5种:腔形感器、腔锥形感器、刺形感器、毛型感器和鳞形感器,其中毛形感器分布数量最多;腔形感器仅在雄成虫触角上发现,其它4种感器在雌雄触角上均有分布。【意义】通过腹部末端形态识别害虫技术,为快速识别害虫,及时掌握害虫种群动态、种群性比等提供技术支撑。掌握雌雄成虫触角分布类型,为开展该虫的生殖生物学、触角行为学等化学生态学研究奠定基础。 [Objective]Hyblaea puera Cramer is an important leaf eating insect of Avicennia marina(Forsk.)Vierh.and Tectona grandis L.f..By studying the morphology and antennal sensilla of male and female adults of Hyblaea puera,the rapid recognition technology of male and female adult moths and the main types of antennal sensilla of insects were mastered.[Method]The study identified the morphological characters and antennal sensilla of female and male Hyblaea puera by electron microscope and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).[Result]The results showed that the antennae of the adults were fine filamentous,and the head and chest were gray and reddish brown.The female adults had a stout abdomen with a circular ring of hairs at the end.The abdomen of the male adults was thin,the end of the scale was longer,and two clusters could be seen,which were short forked.There were 5 kinds of sensilla distributed in antennae:sensilla coeloclnica,sensilla cavity,sensillum chaeticum,sensilla trichodea,and sensilla squamiformia,of which the sensilla trichodea were the most distributed.Sensilla coeloclnica were found only in male adult antennae,while the other four sensillae were found in both male and female antennae.[Conclusion]By studying the morphology of male and female adults of Hyblaea puera,the technology of insect identification through the abdominal terminal morphology was mastered,providing technical support for the rapid identification of insect pests,timely understanding of the insect population dynamics and population sex ratio.The study on antennal sensilla types of male and female adults of Hyblaea puera showed that there were five types of sensilla,mainly sensilla trichodea,which laid a foundation for the study of the reproductive biology and antennal behaviors of this insect.
