崇左市部分地区柑橘类水果农药残留及其长期膳食摄入风险评估 被引量:1

Pesticide Residues in Citrus Fruits and Their Long-term Dietary Intake Risk in Assessment Some Areas of Chongzuo City

摘要 【目的】为崇左市柑橘的安全生产和有效监管提供理论依据。【方法】按照《GB 2763—2021食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》中规定的方法对柑橘全果进行检测。在2021年春节前后柑橘上市旺季,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪和液相色谱质谱联用仪对崇左市部分地区31个柑橘样品进行33种农药残留的定量检测和分析。【结果】柑橘样品农药残留检出率为74.19%,农药项目检出率为60.61%,非禁限用农药项目检出率为57.58%,禁限用农药检出率为3.03%,农药使用情况普遍存在;以长期膳食摄入进行风险评估,检出农药的IFS值范围在0.00075~0.09。【结论】33种农药对柑橘类水果质量安全影响的风险在可接受范围内。 [Objective]This study administrator clarified the pesticide residues in citrus fruits and their long-term dietary intake risk in some areas of Chongzuo city,thus providing a theoretical basis for the safe production and effective supervision of citrus in Chongzuo City.[Method]According to the method specified in GB 2763—2019“National Food Safety Standard:Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food”,the whole fruit of citrus was tested.In the peak season of citrus market around the 2021 Spring Festival,31 citrus samples from some areas of Chongzuo City were quantitatively detected and analyzed for 33 pesticide residues by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).[Result]The results showed that the detection rate of pesticide residues in citrus samples was 74.19%,the detection rate of pesticide items was 60.61%,the detection rate of non-prohibited and restricted pesticide items was 57.58%,and the detection rate of prohibited and restricted pesticides was 3.03%.The use of pesticides was widespread;Risk assessment was conducted based on long-term dietary intake,and the IFS value range of pesticides detected was 0.00075-0.09.[Conclusion]The risk of 33 pesticides affecting the quality and safety of citrus fruits was within an acceptable range.
