适切性视角下乡村教师专业发展培训的问题与对策

摘要 加强新时代乡村教师队伍建设事关乡村教育事业的高质量发展,也事关乡村振兴战略的实施。为了培养一支有乡村情怀、有能力素质的乡村教师队伍,组织适切于乡村教师专业发展需求的培训活动是重要手段之一。目前,乡村教师专业发展培训工作进入瓶颈期,面临诸多问题,如培训目标确定较为模糊、培训内容的针对性不足、培训重理论轻实践、培训模式单一、培训时间安排的工学矛盾突出等。为此,研究基于适切性视角,探讨乡村教师专业发展培训在目标、内容、模式和时间安排等方面存在的适切性问题,并提出相应的对策,为持续改进乡村教师培训工作,从而提高乡村教师队伍素质,实现教师个人的专业成长、学校教学质量的提升和乡村教育健康发展提供参考。 One of the approaches to higher-quality rural education in the new era lies in developing an array of countrysideloving qualified teachers.Thus it is necessary to organize training to accommodate their specific professional needs.However,at present,there are still some problems in this respect,like,ill-identified training objectives,not especially tailor-made training contents,more emphasis laid on theory than practice,methodologies lack of diversity,and ill-arranged agenda taking no notice of trainees'work schedule,etc.Therefore,from perspective of appropriateness,this study elaborates the issue of rural teacher professional development training in terms of its objectives,content,mode,and time arrangement,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to continuously improve this practice,with the vision to improve the teachers'quality,facilitate their personal professional growth,upgrade quality of school teaching,and shed some insights for rural education development.
