摘要
为解决液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)B型独立罐接触分析需反复手动迭代计算的问题,提出一种自动耦合非线性分析方法。根据挪威船级社规范确定B型独立罐在极端工况下的工作载荷,对底部防横倾、底部防纵倾、顶部防横倾和防浮等关键结构进行接触设置,建立相应的结构三维有限元模型。在此基础上,对极端工况下独立罐的结构进行分析,对其在不同工况下的应力分布特点进行解析,给出需关注的高应力位置和罐体结构优化建议。
To solve the problem of repeated manual iterative calculations in the contact analysis of LNG-B independent tanks,an automatic coupled nonlinear analysis method is proposed.According to the DNV rules,the working load of the B-type independent tank under extreme working conditions is determined.Key structures for anti-heeling,anti-trim,top anti-heeling and anti-floating are set up for the contact,and corresponding three-dimensional finite element models of the structure are established.On this basis,the structure of independent tanks under extreme working conditions is analyzed,the stress distribution characteristics under different working conditions are studied and the suggestions for high stress locations and tank structure optimization that needs to be paid attention to are given.
