Ni-Sn-P三元镀层的制备与海洋防腐

摘要 以四氯化锡为锡盐,以十二烷基硫酸钠为表面活性剂,通过控制镍盐硫酸镍、还原剂次亚磷酸钠、缓冲剂乙酸钠、络合剂柠檬酸钠和稳定剂硫代硫酸钠的用量,在温度为90℃、pH值为4.5~5.5的条件下,采用正交法制备Ni-Sn-P三元镀层,并优化其制备工艺条件。通过扫描电子显微镜观察发现,三元镀层表面致密无针孔,具有优异的耐中性盐雾性能,可拓展其在海洋防腐领域的应用。 Taking tin tetrachloride as a tin salt and sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant,Ni-Sn-P ternary coating is prepared with the orthogonal method under the condition of 90℃and pH 4.5 to 5.5 by controlling the amounts of nickel salt nickel sulfate,reducing agent sodium hypophosphite,buffer sodium acetate,complexing agent sodium citrate and stabilizer sodium thiosulfate,and optimizing the preparation process conditions.The scanning electron microscope observation finds that the surface of the ternary coating is dense and free of pinholes,and has excellent neutral salt spray resistance,which can expand its application in the field of marine corrosion protection.
