走刀痕缺陷产生的原因与控制

摘要 轧辊磨削质量直接影响冷轧带钢的质量。从磨削加工的特点入手,分析了走刀痕产生的原因,认为磨床设备精度差、砂轮材质不均、砂轮修磨形状不良、轧辊辊型偏差大、磨削参数不匹配、磨削液循环过滤不良都会导致走刀痕。举例说明了不同分布特征走刀痕缺陷的控制方法。磨削参数不匹配导致的走刀痕,主要通过调整各个磨削阶段的磨削压力、砂轮转速和横移速度、增加磨削道次来改进磨削质量。若辊型偏差大于50μm,主要通过优化磨削进给量或分段控制磨削参数的方法,将辊型偏差控制在20μm以内,然后再采用正常的磨削参数进行磨削,控制走刀痕的产生。 The quality of roll grinding directly affects the quality of cold-rolled strip.Starting from the characteristics of grinding processing,the reasons for the pass marks are analyzed,and it is believed that the poor accuracy of the grinding machine equipment,the uneven material of the grinding wheel,the poor grinding shape of the grinding wheel,the large deviation of the roll shape,the mismatch of grinding parameters,and the poor circulation and filtration of grinding fluid will lead to the pass marks.Examples of control methods for pass mark defects with different distribution features are illustrated.The pass marks caused by the mismatch of grinding parameters are mainly improved by adjusting the grinding pressure,grinding wheel speed and traverse speed in each grinding stage,and increasing the grinding passes.If the roll form deviation is greater than 50μm,the roll form deviation is mainly controlled within 20μm by optimizing the grinding feed or controlling the grinding parameters in segments,and then grinding is carried out using normal grinding parameters to control the generation of tool marks.
