摘要
为了对盘石风电场内风力发电系统规划及优化设计提供指导研究,本文研究了其风能资源分布状况。首先基于长周期气象站数据概要分析了风能资源特征;再次通过一个完整年内测风塔的风参数,研究了环境湍流强度、风切变指数、风速、风功率密度和风速风能频率等参数在时间和空间上的变化规律;最后采用风能分析软件对风电场场址内风能资源分布进行建模分析,获取了拟布置风机的点位和风机型号。研究结果表明:盘石风电场80 m轮毂高度年平均风速和年平均风功率密度分别为6.50 m/s和302.4 W/m^(2),风能资源丰富;不同测风高度处内的湍流强度在0.140~0.172之间,叶片承受的疲劳载荷强度较低;年内和日内风速与风功率密度变化规律一致,最大和最小值分别出现在7月和6月。盘石风场轮毂高度处风速较大、风向稳定且湍流强度较小,选址合理具有一定的开发利用价值。
The study of comprehensive evaluation of wind energy resources can provide guidance for the development and optimization design of Panshi wind power generation systems.Firstly,the characteristics of wind energy resources were summarized based on long period meteorological station data.Secondly,a complete year's wind parameters were obtained through wind towers,and the temporal and spatial variations of environmental turbulence intensity,wind shear exponent,wind speed,wind power density,and wind speed frequency were studied in detail.Finally,the distribution of wind energy resources within the entire wind power farm were analyzed by using the Meteodyn WT software and the possible locations of fan were obtained.These results indicate that the wind energy resource is relatively abundant,the average annual wind speed is 6.50 m/s and the power density is 302.4 W/m^(2)with a 80 m hub height.The turbulence intensity at different heights is between 0.140 and 0.172,and the fatigue load strength of the blade is low.The changes in wind speed and wind power density within the wind power farm are consistent,with the maximum values occurring in July and the minimum values occurring in June.The wind speed is large and the wind direction is stable,besides the turbulence intensity is relatively small,which mean that the Panshi site selection is reasonable and it is worth to be exploited.
