农业强省背景下种企信息化管理和品牌建设--以河南农科种猪科技有限公司为例

摘要 信息化管理是种企持续发展的基础,品牌化建设是种企做大做强的关键。该文从信息化管理和品牌建设对种企提出的要求入手,分析当前河南省种猪市场发展环境、产业运行现状,分析种猪企业竞争格局和面临的问题。剖析河南农科种猪有限公司从信息化管理、数字技术应用、育种创新和品牌建设等方面做法。建议种企利用“互联网+生物育种+营销策略+”思维,推进种业科技自立自强,实现种源自主可控;升级企业管理模式、加快转型升级,提升种业竞争力。 Information management is the foundation for the sustainable development of seed enterprises,and brand building is the key to their growth and strength.Starting from the requirements of information management and brand building for pig breeding enterprises,analyze the current development environment and industrial operation status of the pig breeding market in Henan Province,and analyze the competitive landscape and problems faced by pig breeding enterprises.This article introduces the practices of Henan Agricultural Science Pig Breeding Co.,Ltd.in information management,digital technology application,breeding innovation,and brand building.Advise seed companies to use the thinking of"Internet+Biological Breeding+Marketing Strategy"to promote seed industry technology self-reliance and self-reliance,achieve independent and controllable seed sources;Upgrade enterprise management mode,accelerate transformation and upgrading,and enhance the competitiveness of the seed industry.
