个性化护理对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响

Effect of individualized nursing on postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess

目的探讨个性化护理对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法本研究选取2019年1月—2021年1月在福建中医药大学附属人民医院进行肛周脓肿切开引流术的患者110例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组55例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用个性化护理。干预14d时,比较2组患者治疗效果。比较2组患者术后3d和14d时肉芽生长、创面水肿、疼痛情况及创面愈合时间。比较2组患者护理满意度。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在术后3d、14d时肉芽生长、创面水肿、创面疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理能促进肛周脓肿患者术后创面的愈合,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of personalized nursing on postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,110 patients with perianal abscess who underwent incision and drainage in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study participants.They were assigned to the study group and control group by random number table,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing;patients in the study group,personalized nursing.At 14 days of intervention,the treatment outcome was compared between the 2 groups.Granulation growth,wound edema,pain,and healing time were compared between the two groups at 3 d and 14 d after operation.The degree of satisfaction with nursing was compared between the 2 groups.Results The overall response rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of granulation growth,wound edema,and wound pain in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 d and 14 d after operation(P<0.05).The wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing can promote the healing of postoperative wounds in patients with perianal abscess,relieve pain,and raise patient satisfaction.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this technique.
